I spent 48 days with naveen and diksha. The place is beautiful. When you get out of the road and discover the rice fields, there's no more noise. So I had the chance to see the harvest of rice, to get to know the village, to go swimming in the ganges every day. I was going to market and discover the mountain and the amazing places, yoga every day with Naveen. The Yoga Shala is well kept, clean and has nothing to do with the buildings and the usual state in India. It's absolutely perfect and clean with an amazing view of the rice fields. Cut the breath. With Naveen we also went to the source of the ganges passing by gangotri and it's really worth it just ask. Naveen and diksha we have a true spiritual aura and can teach you Indian history or simply discuss life. A Hidden Paradise. Thank you. Om Shanti

Amazing place and lovely people! Naveen and Diksha and everyone else made me feel so welcome. What a great place to go for self practice and feel nurtured in the comfortable accommodation and delicious satvic food. Naveen is also a very experienced yoga teacher and in one lesson he gave a boost to my self practice which I am still benefiting from, and especially his advice about headstands. If you get the chance to stay here give yourself this gift and even though I did not do a TTC this time. I would love to come back at a later date and do their TTC.
