300 hours is a 4 week residential Hatha Yoga programme, certified by Yoga Alliance,USA. The course is designed for trainees who have already completed our 200 hours YTTC. The curriculum is designed to integrate the teachings as taught in 200 hours and transitioning to intensive sadhana to help the practitioner evolve more deeply in their spiritual journey. Transition is a gradual process and observing your limitations as a practitioner is very important. The practice is keeping in accordance to one's physical level. Through the blend of these ancient practices and weaving them into modern times, the knowledge cultivates a transcendental experience for Jnani.
The training incorporates: Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Satsang and Chanting, Anatomy & Physiology, Ayurveda, Teaching methodology, Shat Kriya, Adjustment, Bhagwat Gita, Vedanta, Tattva Bodha, Patanjali Yoga Sutra, Yogic Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics.
We observes silent nature walks and meditate on the banks of Ganges as well.
Once in a week, there is a day off. We plan outings on day off. (optional) (the charges separate for transportation etc).
We serve delicious sattvic (vegetarian) food. It's cooked with heart and served with love. (we also adhere to special diets - vegan etc). The accommodation is simple and clean.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE SHALA. During your stay here we request you to work on your addiction. However, if it is unavoidable you can go outside the Shala premises and smoke.

ALCOHAL, or any other kind of INTOXICANT (drugs etc .. ) and USE OF NON VEGETARIAN FOOD ITEMS is STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN OR OUTSIDE THE SHALA.

Please keep your clothing simple, modest and avoid anything bold. While in class you are required to be in uniforms. During Hatha Yoga practice you can choose your active wear.

During your duration of stay at Yoga Shala, you are requested to follow Brahmacharya and keep off sex or any sexual activity.
These above mentioned guidelines are required to be followed by all the students who wish to enrol for this programme. Once you accept these, please proceed towards registration.
